What we store. Your email (that's the whole login), the locations you evaluate while signed in, the reports generated from them, and your credit ledger. Signed-out runs on the try page aren't saved to an account.

Payments. Stripe processes cards; card numbers never touch our servers. We keep Stripe's reference IDs so receipts and refunds work.

What we don't do. No ads, no selling or sharing your data, no third-party analytics scripts riding along with your reports. The locations you evaluate are business-sensitive and treated that way.

The data in reports. Reports are built from public records: municipal GIS layers, state agency facility lists, Census products. Their vintages are printed in every report's footer.

Deletion. Email us and the account, its reports, and its ledger are deleted. Stripe retains what payment law requires.
