Draft pending attorney review · effective on launch
What Streetwise is. Streetwise sells site reports: measurements of public records — zoning, legal distance buffers, demographics, competition — for a location you choose. A report is information about a place at a moment in time. It is not legal advice, not a permit, not a guarantee that a business may operate there, and not a substitute for a land-use attorney, a surveyor, or the city's own determination.
Verify before you commit. Regulations change, official lists update quarterly, and parcel data has edges. Every report states its data vintages and flags anything that traces to a secondary source. Confirm the rules that matter with the jurisdiction before signing a lease or filing an application. If a report says VERIFY, that word is doing real work.
No revenue forecasts. Streetwise never predicts sales, foot traffic conversion, or profitability, and nothing in a report should be read as such a prediction.
Refunds. If a report is materially wrong because our data was wrong — a buffer measured against a facility that demonstrably wasn't there, a zone we misread — email within 14 days and we refund it. "The verdict wasn't what I hoped" isn't a data error.
Accounts and credits. Credits attach to your account, don't expire (pack credits) or renew monthly (broker plan), and aren't transferable. Cancel a subscription any time; credits already granted stay.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetwise's total liability for any claim related to a report is the amount you paid for that report.
